UART is a platform for creators: a public profile page in Telegram, sales of digital products, donations, and cooperation requests. The service runs through a Telegram bot and associated web pages on the uart.app domain (the "Service", "UART", "we"). By using the bot or the UART site, registering as an author, or making a purchase, you ("user", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Anyone using Telegram who meets Telegram's own minimum age requirement and the laws of their country of residence may use the Service. By registering as an author or making a purchase, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into such transactions under the laws applicable to you personally.
An author account is tied to your Telegram ID — there is no separate password-based registration, and you are responsible for everything done through your account. By registering as an author, you warrant that: (a) you hold all rights necessary to the content you post (text, images, video, audio, links, and any other material), or have obtained all permissions required to use and distribute it; and (b) that content does not infringe the rights of any third party (copyright, trademark, image rights, personal data, etc.) and does not violate applicable law, including consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and digital-goods regulations. You are solely and fully responsible — legally, financially, and for tax purposes — for the content, quality, legality, and accuracy of your product listings, and for fulfilling any obligations to buyers and cooperation partners. UART does not moderate content before publication, does not act as its publisher or co-author, and is not liable for it — full responsibility rests with the author who posted it. You agree to indemnify UART against any losses, penalties, and costs arising from third-party claims related to content you posted or your breach of these terms.
Authors independently set the content, price, and description of their products. Donations are voluntary support with no expectation of anything in return. Cooperation requests sent through an author's page are private correspondence between the sender and the author; UART is only a technical intermediary that delivers the message and is not responsible for its content or for the outcome of any agreement between the parties.
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency — via the third-party service @CryptoBot and/or a direct transfer to a TON wallet via TonConnect. UART takes a fee on every paid order (the applicable percentage is shown at checkout); separately, @CryptoBot as the payment provider charges its own processing fee — these are two distinct, independently charged fees, and their combined effect may differ from UART's fee alone. The remainder after all fees is automatically transferred to the author's @CryptoBot balance, or, for TonConnect payments, is received directly into the platform's wallet for later payout. Until it reaches the author, that balance temporarily sits within the payment partner's infrastructure (@CryptoBot) or the platform's wallet — UART is not a bank or a licensed payment institution, does not pay interest on these funds, and does not guarantee specific settlement timelines where those depend on third-party services. Cryptocurrency and TON blockchain transactions are irreversible: a payment sent to the wrong address, for the wrong amount, or twice cannot be cancelled or refunded by UART. The cryptocurrency-to-USD exchange rate can change between when an invoice is issued and when it is actually paid — UART is not responsible for any resulting difference in value. By paying for an order, you confirm you understand the risks inherent to cryptocurrency payments and are solely responsible for complying with any tax, currency-control, and anti-money-laundering / counter-terrorist-financing (AML/CFT) requirements that apply to you in connection with your use of cryptocurrency.
When the author gets paid. For an ordinary digital product the author's share is transferred right after the payment is confirmed. For a bookable service and for an event it is held by the platform until the meeting ends or the event starts: while the money is with the platform, a cancellation is a refund rather than a request for the author to give back what they already received. Once the meeting or event has passed, the share is released and paid out as usual. If the author removes the event date, takes the product off sale, or cancels it, held funds are not released until the matter is settled — by refunding the buyer or by holding the meeting.
TON wallet payments. TonConnect payments land in the platform wallet rather than a @CryptoBot balance, and there is no automatic transfer from there: such payouts are made by hand. They are marked separately in the author's dashboard as a manual payout. If a payout has not arrived within a reasonable time, write to support through the bot.
Referral reward. If an author sets a reward for a partner, it is deducted from the author's share rather than added on top of the price: the buyer pays exactly the price shown on the product. How the reward is calculated is described in section 9.
Cancellation by the author. If the author cancels an event or an individual meeting whose share is still held by the platform (see section 5), the money is refunded to the buyer automatically. What comes back is the amount paid minus the payment provider's fee: that fee was taken by the provider at the moment of payment, the platform never had it, and only what the platform actually holds can be returned. The platform fee is not withheld on a refund. If the author's share had already been paid out by the time of cancellation — for example, the event took place and the cancellation came later — an automatic refund is impossible, and the matter is settled between the buyer and the author; the platform says so plainly to both sides rather than pretending the money was returned.
If a refund does not go through. A transfer may fail for reasons on the payment provider's side. In that case the money stays with the platform, the order remains due for a refund, and the platform tells both the buyer and the author. Such funds are never released to the author until the refund is completed.
Free products, meetings, and events. There is nothing to refund, so the author may close them at any time; everyone who booked a time or took a ticket is notified of the cancellation.
Because digital products are delivered automatically and instantly upon confirmed payment, refunds are generally not provided. The exception is a clear technical failure on UART's side (e.g. a confirmed payment did not result in delivery) — contact us through the bot, we'll look into it, and if the failure is confirmed we'll arrange delivery or a refund within a reasonable time.
An author may sell a service booked by time: they set the meeting length, their time zone, and a weekly schedule, and the buyer picks a free hour at checkout. The chosen time is held for the buyer while payment is in progress; if payment does not arrive, the hour becomes available to others again. A booked and paid time is reserved for that buyer.
The platform only provides the means to agree on a time and exchange a meeting link. The content of the meeting, holding it, its quality, and keeping to what was agreed are entirely the author's responsibility. The platform is not a party to that relationship, does not verify the author's qualifications, and does not guarantee any outcome.
The author may move a meeting to another free time or cancel it. On a move the buyer is notified with the previous and the new time. On a cancellation, section 6 applies. A buyer who does not show up at the agreed time is not refunded; the meeting link and any materials the author added remain available on the purchase page.
Meeting times are shown in the time zone the author specified and are labelled with it explicitly. The parties account for the difference between zones themselves.
An author may sell a place at an event: they give the date, the time zone, and, if needed, the number of seats. When seats run out, sales stop automatically; an event whose date has passed is not sold.
After payment the buyer gets a page for their place, with a ticket number and an access code. That page is the ticket: it opens by the code without signing in, the joining link or participation details appear on it once the author adds them, and moves and cancellations are reflected there too. Keep the access code as you would the ticket itself: anyone who knows it can see that page.
A ticket can be marked as used once, by the event's author at the door. Presenting the same ticket again is rejected. The platform does not control actual entry to the event and does not resolve disputes about it: the mark is a tool for the author's own count, not evidence in relations with third parties.
The author may move the event date or cancel the event; in both cases buyers are notified, and on a cancellation section 6 applies. Holding the event, its content, and keeping to what was agreed are the author's responsibility.
An author may set a reward for a sale — a share paid to whoever's link brought the buyer. Only a registered UART author with a created page can be a partner. No reward is credited to an author for their own product, or to a buyer for their own purchase.
The reward is calculated from the sale price at the percentage in force when the order was created and is deducted from the author's share: the price for the buyer does not change. The reward cannot exceed what actually remains after all fees. It is paid out in the same way and with the same limits as the author's payout, including the accumulation of small amounts up to the payment provider's minimum and the holding that applies to meetings and events.
If the buyer is refunded, no reward is paid for that purchase, and any reward not yet paid is cancelled. The platform may refuse to pay a reward where there are signs of bad faith: self-purchases, inflated click counts, or distributing links in ways that breach these terms or the rules of third-party services.
You may not post content on UART that infringes third-party rights; is illegal in the author's or buyer's jurisdiction; sexualizes or otherwise exploits minors, promotes extremism or violence, or consists of malware or fraud tooling; or misleads buyers about a product's content or origin. The author is fully responsible for complying with this prohibition. UART may, without prior notice, remove a product or page, suspend or close an author's account, and suspend or reverse a related payout, whenever we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms, applicable law, or Telegram's own rules have been violated.
Complaints. Every product page has a way to report it. A complaint goes into the same queue as support questions but is marked separately and carries the author and the product it concerns. We read every complaint; the decision is the platform's and may be to take no action, to remove the product, or to block the author.
What blocking means. A blocked author's public page and all their products are closed, sales stop, and dashboard access ends. Purchases already paid for remain available to their buyers: the purchase page still opens by its code. Blocking does not cancel the author's obligations to buyers and is not a refund; refunds are covered in section 6. The author is notified of the block and may write to support.
Authors retain all rights to the content they create and upload. By posting material on UART, an author grants UART a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that material on the author's public page and in purchase-related bot messages, solely for operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UART is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for authors' actions, the content of the products they list, disputes between an author and a buyer or between an author and a cooperation partner, or outages of third-party services (Telegram, @CryptoBot, the TON network) the platform depends on. UART's total liability to any user for claims relating to use of the Service is limited to the fee actually retained by UART on the order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time as UART's functionality evolves. The current version is always available on this page; continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
For anything related to these terms, or an issue with UART itself (not a specific author — for that, use "Work with me" on that author's page), email support@uart.app.
UART stores: your Telegram ID and username, the public profile details you provide yourself (name, bio, social links, photos), the content of products you list, and order records (amount, payment status, transaction ids) — needed to deliver products and run the payout feature. UART does not separately collect personal data such as email, phone number, or ID documents.
Alongside that, we store what meetings, events, and the referral programme cannot work without: the time zone and weekly schedule an author sets; the times of booked meetings and who booked them; a ticket's number and access code, and the record that a ticket was checked in at the door, with the time; the language you chose — for people without an author page it is stored separately from one; the text of support requests and complaints together with whom and which product they concern; and which link brought a purchase, so a referral reward can be calculated. Signing in to the web dashboard uses a technical cookie holding a session identifier: it exists solely to keep you signed in and is not used for advertising or tracking.
Data is used solely to operate the service: showing your public page, processing orders, delivering products, and calculating payouts. UART does not sell data to third parties.
The bot writes to you about what you bought or sold: payment confirmation, a link to the purchase page, a reminder a day before a meeting or event, notices about moves and cancellations, and replies to support requests. That is part of running the service, not a mailing list: UART does not send advertising.
Payments are processed through @CryptoBot (Telegram) and, when TonConnect is used, directly on the public TON blockchain — on-chain transactions are inherently public and outside UART's control. Files (avatars, covers, products) are stored through Telegram's own infrastructure.
Data is kept for as long as your author account exists. To request deletion of your data, reach out through the bot.
